Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice, we will take appropriate action, including removing or blocking access to the allegedly infringing material.

If you believe that your content has been removed or disabled in error, you may send a counter-notification to our designated representative. Your counter-notification must include the following:

Your physical or electronic signature;

The ID of the item that was removed or deactivated and the location where the item appeared before it was removed or deactivated;

A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of error or misidentification;

Your name, address, telephone number and e-mail address; and

A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the jurisdiction in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, the jurisdiction of any jurisdiction in which the service provider may be located, and that you will accept service of process from the person providing the DMCA notice or an agent of that person.

If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may reinstate the allegedly infringing material, unless the copyright owner files a lawsuit seeking a court order against the allegedly infringing material.
